Which tool should you use to document an in-person client meeting?

Updated on

For a face-to-face meeting, you need a tool that records the room audio for the whole meeting, separates the voices and produces the document you need. Meetingize is built for this: the iOS app records up to 3 hours, the transcript attributes every utterance (up to 20 speakers on Pro) and minutes or a regulatory document are generated, then sealed.

What matters in person

  • A recorder that lasts the real length of the meeting, even if the phone gets a call or goes to the background.
  • Voice separation: who said what, especially with three or four people around the table.
  • A usable document straight away, not just a raw transcript.
  • Proof: being able to show later that the document did not change.
  • Privacy: where the audio and documents are stored.
