API

The Meetingize REST API Available

Your meetings become data: speaker-attributed, timestamped transcripts, AI meeting reports and professional documents, available from your own software.

  • Meetings and transcripts: list and search meetings, fetch transcripts (JSON, Markdown, text, SRT, VTT), reports and an LLM-ready export.
  • Documents: generate documents from your templates or your own instructions; fetch them as JSON, Markdown, PDF or DOCX.
  • Audio upload: send an audio file or a link to transcribe; each processing returns an asynchronous job you can track.
  • Authentication: scoped API keys (read meetings, transcripts, documents, generate, upload audio, webhooks, usage), created and revoked in Settings > Developers; OAuth 2.1 for third-party apps.
  • Conventions: cursor pagination, idempotency keys on POST requests, standard errors (RFC 9457), rate limits announced in headers, OpenAPI specification.
  • Webhooks: transcript completed, report ready, document generated, failures and usage thresholds; HMAC-SHA256 signed events with replay protection, automatic retries for nearly 2 days, delivery log.
  • Pay as you go: every plan includes a monthly API allowance; beyond it, pay for real consumption (audio minutes, AI tokens), with a spend cap you choose and alerts at 50, 80 and 100 %. Reading your data is free and API usage never consumes your app quotas. Subscription prices do not change.
  • Documentation: quickstart, reference and interactive API explorer to try calls with your key at docs.meetingize.com.

MCP

Connect your AI assistant to your meetings Available

Connect Meetingize to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any MCP (Model Context Protocol) client by pasting one address. Your assistant fetches your meetings on the fly, inside your Meetingize account: "Which commitments did I make with client Dupont this quarter?", "Prepare tomorrow's meeting with Mrs Martin".

  • OAuth sign-in: consent screen in Meetingize, one-click disconnect in Settings > Connected applications.
  • Read-only by default: the assistant only reaches your meetings, with the same permissions as the API.
  • Billable actions confirmed: a document generation started by an assistant requires explicit confirmation.
  • Connection guide: step by step for Claude and ChatGPT at docs.meetingize.com.

Phone

Record your phone appointments Coming soon

During the call, add your Meetingize number and merge. The call is recorded, transcribed and processed like a meeting.

  • 3 taps, iPhone or Android: "Add call", dial your Meetingize number, "Merge".
  • Automatic notice: as soon as the calls are merged, a voice message tells both parties the call is recorded, in your account language; the time of the notice is logged.
  • Account recognition: from your verified numbers, or with a PIN from another line or a hidden caller ID.
  • No copy left at the provider: the call goes through a telephony provider while it lasts, then the audio is brought back to Meetingize and deleted from the provider.
  • Minutes per plan: usage visible in real time; once the quota is reached the next call is not recorded, a call in progress is never cut off.
