As an industrial, I always valued the human element in our daily operations. My job is to gather my collaborator input so problem are solved as quickly as possible. However, keeping track of daily discussion, formal or informal in the warehouse was a merely impossible. We struggled to remember the details of our discussions, and within weeks, forgot about it. Hard to keep everybody on the same page in such conditions. The fast-paced environment made it difficult to take accurate notes, and valuable information often got lost.
